Endings are never easy.

I always build them up so much in my head that they can’t possibly live up to my expectations and I just end up disappointed.

I’m not even sure why it matters to me so much how things end.

I guess it’s because we all want to believe that what we do is very important.

That people hang on to our every word, that they care what we think.

The truth is, you should consider yourself lucky if you even occasionally get to make someone, anyone, feel a little better.

Bear in mind:
Sometimes I wonder whether it was me who changed, or you, or it was just time went by. It could be the first, the second, the third, or all three. Then I figure it doesn’t matter. Some things, they don’t last. Some things are in your life, they come and go, teaching you something in the process. And at the end of it, you’ve just got to be grateful that at least you had them. Had the memories of what had been.

Sometimes you have to give up on people. Everyone that is in your journey is meant to be in your journey, but not everyone is meant to stay there.
This feels right, don't say goodnight.

My point is, there are a lot of people in the world. No one ever sees everything the same way you do;it just doesn’t happen. So when you find one person who gets a couple of things, especially if they’re important ones… you might as well hold on to them
